Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to request deletion of the personal data that Emercive Marketing LLC, doing business as CrewPush, holds about you — including any data obtained when you connect a Facebook, Instagram, Google, or LinkedIn account to CrewPush.

How to request deletion

To delete your CrewPush account and the personal data associated with it, contact us:

• Email hello@crewpush.io with the subject line Delete my data, sent from the email address associated with your CrewPush account. We will verify the request and permanently delete your account and associated data.

If you connected a social account

When you link a Facebook Page, Instagram Business account, Google Business Profile, or LinkedIn Page, CrewPush stores an access token so it can publish on your behalf. You can revoke this at any time:

• In CrewPush: go to Settings and disconnect the social account — this immediately revokes and deletes the stored access token.
• On Facebook: you can also remove CrewPush from your Facebook settings under Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, which revokes the permissions granted to the app.

What we delete

Upon a verified deletion request, we delete your account profile, the content you uploaded (photos, videos, captions, project details), your connected-account access tokens, and other personal data associated with your account.

What we may retain

We may retain a limited amount of information where required by law or for legitimate business purposes — for example, billing and tax records required for our financial obligations. Such records are kept only as long as required and are not used for any other purpose.
