Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Emercive Marketing LLC, an Arizona limited liability company doing business as CrewPush (“CrewPush,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and protects information when you use the CrewPush website and application (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.

1. Who we are

CrewPush is a social-media and lead-generation platform for construction and trade businesses. The Service is operated by Emercive Marketing LLC, based in Phoenix, Arizona. For any privacy question, contact us at hello@crewpush.io.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information — your name, business name, email address, and password (stored only as a salted hash, never in plain text).
  • Content you provide — photos, captions, project details, brand information, and any other material you upload or enter so we can create and publish posts for you.
  • Connected social accounts — when you link a Google Business Profile, Facebook Page, Instagram Business account, or LinkedIn Page, we receive access tokens and basic account details from that platform. Tokens are stored encrypted and used only to publish on your behalf.
  • Payment information — handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we retain only limited billing details (such as plan, status, and the last four digits) needed to manage your subscription.
  • Usage and device data — log data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps, collected automatically to operate and secure the Service.

3. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
  • Generate, schedule, and publish social-media content to the accounts you connect;
  • Process payments, manage subscriptions, and send billing-related messages;
  • Send transactional email (account verification, password resets, trial and renewal notices);
  • Respond to support requests and communicate with you about the Service;
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues; and
  • Comply with legal obligations.

4. Social-media account access

CrewPush requests only the permissions needed to publish content on your behalf to the accounts you choose to connect. We do not read your private messages, and we do not post anything you have not approved or scheduled. You can disconnect any social account at any time from your CrewPush settings, which revokes our access going forward. Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform’s own terms and privacy policy.

5. AI-generated content

CrewPush uses third-party artificial-intelligence services (currently Anthropic) to help generate captions and post copy. The information you provide for a post (such as project details and brand voice) may be sent to that provider to produce content. We do not sell your data, and we direct our AI providers not to use your content to train their models where that option is available to us.

6. Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your card details are submitted directly to Stripe and are governed by Stripe’s privacy policy. CrewPush receives only the subscription metadata it needs to provide the Service.

7. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

  • Service providers that operate the Service on our behalf — including Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Anthropic (AI content), and our hosting provider — bound by confidentiality obligations;
  • Social-media platforms you connect, solely to publish the content you request;
  • Legal and safety recipients when required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of CrewPush, our users, or the public; and
  • A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

8. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you close your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

9. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption of social-account tokens and hashed storage of passwords. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email us at hello@crewpush.io. You may also disconnect social accounts and cancel your subscription at any time from within the Service.

11. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect functionality.

12. Children’s privacy

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through the Service.
