How does the 14-day free trial work?+
14 days, full access. We collect a card upfront but don't charge it during the trial — and we'll send a reminder at day 12. Cancel anytime in two clicks before day 15 and you're never billed. Otherwise your plan starts automatically on day 15.
Can I switch tiers later?+
Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately and prorate. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle so you don't lose features mid-month.
What if I'm on annual and want to cancel?+
Cancel from settings in two clicks. Annual subscribers get a prorated refund on the unused portion. No exit interview, no retention call. We'd rather you leave clean than stay annoyed.
How do seats and the AI post cap work?+
Foreman includes 1 seat and 80 AI-generated posts/mo. Crew includes 5 seats and 250 posts. Pro is unlimited seats with 750 posts. Extra seats on Foreman or Crew are $12/seat/mo. Posts above your cap are billed at $0.30/post — we'll flag in-app before you blow through, and the next tier is almost always cheaper than the overage.
Why are there post caps at all?+
Every post is an AI call to a language model — that's a real per-post cost we'd rather show honestly than bury in unlimited pricing. The caps are generous (Crew's 250 posts/mo = ~8/day, more than any sane trade business posts), and overage is reasonable. You'll know exactly what you owe.
Is there a setup fee on the monthly plans?+
No — Foreman, Crew, and Pro all start with a 14-day free trial, no setup fee. The Guided Setup ($497) and Launch Package ($1,497) are optional async setup tiers if you want us to handle the heavy lift. Neither requires a live call.
Do you do agency / white-label?+
Yes — the Pro plan handles multi-tenant agency use. Sign up, then pick 'I manage social for multiple trade clients' during onboarding and we'll configure the flow.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Stripe handles all billing. Major credit cards + ACH (US, on annual). No PayPal, no crypto, no purchase orders yet.
Is my data really mine?+
Yes — including your photos. Crew uploads land in YOUR Google Drive (one OAuth click on setup), not ours. We never host the originals. Your captions, leads, and crew data export to JSON + CSV from settings anytime. Cancel → 90-day grace period → full deletion. We never sell, share, or train external models on your content.
